Dhanush to debut in Malayalam

Tamil superstar Dhanush is planning to make his debut in Malayalam. The grapevine is that Dhanush will be playing a cameo role along with Mammootty and Dileep in ‘Kammath and Kammath’. ‘Karyasthan’ fame Thomson K Thomas directs the film. Rima Kallingal and Karthika Nair are the heroines.

Mammootty and Dileep play the Kammath brothers who run a big hotel chain. Dhanush will be cast in the role of a film star who comes to inaugurate a new hotel owned by the Kammath brothers. The Kammath brothers speak in Kongini Malayalam slang in this movie.

It was reported that Kunchacko Boban will be playing the role of an Income tax officer who creates chaos in the business of the Kammath brothers.

Siby K Thomas and Udaykrishna who had penned many blockbusters join the team of ‘Kammath and Kammath’ as the script writers. Suraj Venjaramoodu, Shajon, Vishnupriya, Risabava are the other important cast.

The shooting of the film has begun in Kochi.
