Mammootty as Swathanthran

Mammootty is currently busy with the shooting of the satirical movie ‘Utopiayile Rajavu’ directed by Kamal.

Mammootty does a character named C P Swathanthran. The name Swathanthran (free man) is given to him by his father who is a freedom fighter.

‘Utopiayile Rajavu’ happens in an imaginary village named Kokrankara. Swathanthran has no job. He is not interested to be involved in other people’s matters.

Jewel Mary does the female lead. Joy Mathew, Nandu, Sunil Sugatha, and Pashanam Shaji also do important roles.

'Utopiayile Rajavu' is a family entertainer produced by Haseeb Haneef and Noushad Alathur.
