Mammootty with Kamal, Ranjith Sankar, and Salam Bappu

Mammootty signed three new projects with Kamal, Ranjith Sankar, and Salam Bappu. Mammootty and Kamal are joining after 8 years. Their last film together was ‘Karutha Pakshikal’. The new movie will be scripted by ‘Amen’ fame P S Rafeeq. The film is expected to go on floors from August.

Mammootty’s another project will be with Ranjith Sankar. This is Ranjith’s next after ‘Punnyalan Agarbathies’. The movie titled ‘Varsham’ will start rolling from June and is expected to hit the screens in October. ‘Varsham’ is the story of an ordinary man who rose to heights with his hard work. The movie is produced by Ranjith Sankar himself.

Salam Bappu’s new movie ‘Manglish’ is another upcoming project of Mammootty. The shooting of the film is progressing and Mammootty plays a fish seller in the movie. The script is by Riyaz and the movie is produced by Muhammed Hanif under the banner of Red Rose Creations. Hollywood actress Caroline Beck is the heroine in ‘Manglish’.
