Mammotty-Dulquer face off in box office

Megastar Mammootty and his son Dulquer Salman will compete with each other in the box office. Mammootty’s ‘Manglish’ and Dulquer’s ‘Vikramadityan’ are slated for Ramzan release. ‘Manglish’ will be released on the 27th of this month while ‘Vikramadityan’ will release on the 25th.

After a string of flops Mammootty pins high hopes on his new release. Mammootty dons Malik Bhai in this movie and his heroine is an English lady Caroline Beck. ‘Manglish’ is the second directorial venture of Salam Bappu. The first one was Mohanlal starrer ‘Red Wine’.

Fresh from the success of ‘Banglore Days’, Dulquer is expected to deliver yet another hit in his career. This time around he will share screen space with Unni Mukundan and Namitha Pramod. It is for the first time he is acting in a movie directed by Lal Jose.
