Mersal teaser clocks 10 million views less than 24 hours

The much-awaited teaser of the Vijay starrer Mersal was released last evening at 6 PM as a gift to director Atlee’s birthday. As expected the teaser has garnered all the likes and Vijay’s fans had let it trend it.

The teaser is also creating records. It has clocked 10 million views in less than 24 hours. This teaser is the fastest to cross 10 million views for any Tamil film as on date.

The film is just a few weeks away from its release, aiming a Diwali festival release. The teaser had satisfied all the fans with all the commercial elements intact. Music composer AR Rahman’s background score has elevated the feel of the teaser several notches. From the teaser, it is also evident that Vijay is playing three roles in the film.
