Mike Tyson wants to watch Irudhi Suttru

Irudhi Suttru, the film on Women’s boxing and also about the relationship of a coach and his student has earned good reviews across all segments and the film is branded as success. It is directed by Sudha Kongara who had worked under Mani Ratnam. Her first film was Drohi a few years back.

Irudhi Suttru has Madhavan as the coach and Ritika Singh as the heroine, supported by Nasser, Radha Ravi, Kaali Venkat and others. Santhosh Narayanan has scored music and Sivakumar Vijayan has handled camera work.

The team almost went into raptures yesterday when former World Boxing champion Mike Tyson in his official facebook page revealed that he wanted to see the film. Quite ecstatic about it, Madhavan says, “This is an unprecedented and unbelievable honor for our film. Producers Sashi, CV Kumar, Dhananjayan and director Sudha and the whole team are completely blown away! We are so excited.
