Daya (Shiney Ahuja) is running away from the law. He is a criminal. But even while he is a fugitive, the center of his life is Simran (Kangana Ranaut), his love. Daya and Simran stay apart but dream together. They don't meet for weeks and months together, but Simran still dreams about a life when she will have a child, a home and be loved by a man she loves the most, Daya.
Akash (Emraan Hashmi) on the other hand is a careless guy. He lives a day at a time and does not realize how precious life is. Eventually as he starts spending a lot of time with Simran, he learns that life is cruel at times, unfair at times. But are their destinies together?
Is Simran finally going to realize her dream with Akash?
Or will finally Daya come back to her?
If he does, will not the police find him? Or will Simran finally give up her dreams?
