Nani to remake Pannayarum Padminiyum

Actor Nani who created an impression in Tamil with his Naan Ee movie has bought the remake rights of the film Pannayarum Padminiyum in Telugu. The movie stars Vijay Sethupathi and Sneha. Directed by Arun, the movie is about a landlord enacted by Jayaprakash and his love for his vintage Padmini car.

Nani is currently busy shooting for a Yash Raj productions film and it is expected that he will move on to do the remake after finishing it.

In the meantime, the Pannayarum Padminiyum team will start a road show to promote their film and has bought two vintage cars for that purpose. They will start their promotions for the film from Nagercoil and Coimbatore by end of this month.
