New Delhi, Dec 30 (IANS) Hollywood star Nicole Kidman has revealed that she accepted Baz Luhrmann's offer for "Australia" without even going through the script.

"Baz just called me up and said, 'I'm thinking about this film' and I was like, 'I'm in. I'm yours', because I feel that there are directors that bring out something in you that nobody else brings out and Baz is one of them," Kidman said on a special edition of the Oprah Winfrey Show dedicated to the movie and its stars.

Earlier, Kidman featured in Luhrmann's "Moulin Rouge". The actress even convinced her co-star Hugh Jackman to sign on the movie without having an idea about the script, the publicist of the film said in a release here.

"I told her, well, tell me what the script's like because Baz wouldn't really tell me much about it. And she said, 'Oh, I haven't read the script. You just sign on'. And I said, 'You haven't read the script?' She goes, 'No, this is Baz Luhrmann. Just do it'," Jackman revealed.

"Australia" that was released Nov 26 in the US, is releasing here Friday.
