Pattinson to wear wig for 'Twilight' re-shoot

Los Angeles, April 19 (IANS) Actor Robert Pattinson will have to wear a wig for his "Twilight" re-shoot because of his trimmed haircut.

The 25-year-old, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the film, got his locks cut before the re-shoot came up, and the solution was to use a wig, reports contactmusic.com.

"The wig looks brilliant and nobody will notice. Robert didn't think cutting off his locks would be such a big deal," said a source.

Pattinson and lead actress of the film, Kristen Stewart, have been called to Canada for the last minute re-shoot for the last instalment of the hit series.

However, director Bill Condon says there will be no new scenes or dialogue during the re-shoot.

"We're not shooting any new scenes or dialogue, just some technical work with some of our cast and stunt actors," Condon posted on Facebook.

The movie -- "The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn-Part 2" -- is scheduled for release Nov 16.
