Parayaan Marannathu Rolls

Parayaan Marannathu, which is reported to be different from run of the mill movies and offers a very sensitive treatment of a rather unusual subject, has started rolling in Ottapaalam. The film, directed by debutante Arun Bhaskar, who has also penned the story, takes us to the peaceful and calm atmosphere of a village, where some innocent folks live. One among these is Chandran, a tailor. The film focuses on some strange things that happen in Chandran's life.

While Biju Menon plays Chandran, Lakshmi Sharma is the heroine. The cast also includes Vidya, Arun, Kalaranjini, Narayanan Nair, KPAC Lalitha, Madhupal, Suraaj Venjaramoodu, Jaffer Idukki, Geetha Salaam etc. Script is by Shabari Shankar while songs penned by Poovachal Khader are set to tune by debutante Arun Sidhdharth. Praveen Panicker cranks camera for the film, which has as its theme the changes that have crept into human relationships even in little villages. The film is produced by V.S.Sheeja under the banner of Nandanam Films.
