Vishu releases begin with 'IG' on April 7

Trivandrum, March.16 (NR): Mollywood is gearing up for this year's Vishu, which falls on April 14th. This year's Vishu releases will begin with 'IG', the Suresh Gopi starrer, which will hit screens on the 7th of April.

'IG', produced by Mahe under the banner of Super Star Films, is scripted and directed by B. Unnikrishnan and has Suresh Gopi donning the title role, that of I.G Durgaprasad, who takes charge of the anti-terrorist squad. 'IG' also has in the cast Jagathy Sreekumar, Vijayaraghavan, Ashish Vidyarthi, Rajan P. Dev, Devan, Kiran Raj, Govind Padmasurya, Nandini, Lakshmi etc. The action movie, with references to many current issues, will be released in about 65 theatres across Kerala on April 7th.
