Ahathiyan comes out with Nenjathai Killadhe

After a long break, Director Ahathiyan has come out with his next venture, titled "Nenjathai Killadhe", a love story, to mark Valentines Day.


His earlier film titled "Kadal Kottai" was a big success and he had won the national award for the best director for this movie.


Vikranth and Bharathi are featured in the lead roles in "Nenjathai Killadhe". Bharathi made her debut in "Ammuvagiya Nan" opposite Parthiban.


The others in the cast include Manivannan, Saranya, 'Thalai Vasal` Vijai Pragathi. 'Nizhalgal` Ravi and Dharsha. Vikramadhithya plays an important role.


The story, screenplay and dialogue are by Ahathiyan. The music has been scored by Prem Ge Amaren. J.N.Harsha has done the editing.


The film has been produced by Blue Waters Movie Makers that has made "Tho(l)laipaesi".


According to Ahathiyan "Nenjathai Killadhe" is about lovers and their feelings. He has taken a new route. How the present generation perceives love has been told in a different way, deviating from all his previous films.


Vikrath plays the role of a rich young guy named Vasan who yearns for new and different experiences in life. He happens to meet Ananthi (Bharathi), who is a documentary film-maker. They start a romantic relationship. The ups and downs of this relationship form the basis of the film.


The film has been shot at locations in Kochi, Thekkadi and Kodaikanal.
