Chennai, March 18 (IANS) The "Chandramukhi" album is selling like hot cakes not because of its music, but because it is the audio of a Rajnikanth film.

1. "Chandramukhi" (Vidyasagar): The hype surrounding "Chandramukhi" was unprecedented but the album is a big letdown. Even the song sung by Asha Bhonsle cannot be described as great. Actor Rajnikanth's fans do admit in whispers that the album is disappointing.

2. "Ram" (Yuvan Shankar Raja): This is at the second spot only because of "Chandramukhi", which is at the top not because of its music. "Ram'" is still one of the classiest albums created by Yuvan.

3. "Kaadhal" (Joshua Sridhar): The film is a success, so also the music. The biggest hit of the album, of course, is "Thottu thottu", belted out by Haricharan, Harini and Sudhaar.

4. "London" (Vidyasagar): Though the songs looked totally out of place in the film, they are okay to listen to on your walkman!

5. "Thirupachi": (Mani Sharma): "Kannum kannum than" sung by Harish Raghavendra and Uma Ramana and "Kumbida pona deivam" by Shankar Mahadevan and Malati are the two songs that Vijay fans have lapped up.
