Music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja rocks

Chennai, Jan 5 (IANS) As expected, "Pudupettai" is a treat for all music lovers and the surprise package of the album is a song by actor Kamal Haasan. Like A.R. Rahman in his early days, Yuvan Shankar Raja also tries to maintain quality in all his albums and has four of his compositions on the top five list.

The top five Tamil albums are:

1. "Pudupettai"; Music director: Yuvan Shankar Raja. This album simply rocks. The current hit is the song crooned by Kamal Haasan titled "A peek into an assassin's life".

2. "Aathi"; Music director: Vidyasagar. The album is being lapped up by Vijay's fans as enthusiastically as his films.

3. "Kalvanin Kadhali"; Music director: Yuvan Shankar Raja. The song "Eno kangal", sung by Yuvan himself with Sadhana Sargam, is the pick of the album.

4. "Kanda Naal Muthal"; Music director: Yuvan Shankar Raja. Although all the songs are hits, the song "Kanda naal muthal" is a masterpiece.

5. "Sandakozhi"; Music director: Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film is a hit; naturally the album also is a success.
