Prabhu Deva in remakes

Prabhu Deva may have been the Tamil film industry's answer to Telugu and Hindi cinema, but a reverse process is under way now.

While Prabhu Deva has been concentrating more on Telugu films, he has also been appearing in a growing number of their Tamil remakes. "Alibabavum 9 Thirudargalum" was the last of such remakes.

Similarly, "Intlo Srimathi Veedhhilo Kumari", the Telugu film starring the dancing hero and running to full houses right now, is also to be remade soon in Tamil.
