Chennai, Jan 23 (IANS) With the super success of the movie "Thiruvilayadal Aarambham", its album has also raced to the top despite the Pongal releases.

The top five Tamil albums are:

1."Thiruvilayadal Aarambham" - Music Director: D. Imman. The film is a huge success. Naturally, the album has also started rocking. This could be Imman's biggest success.

2."Pokiri" - Music Director: Mani Sharma. The album is at number two only because the movie is doing decent business. Of course, the music is racy but not extraordinary.

3."Unnale Unnale" - Music Director: Harris Jayaraj. After "Ghajini" and "Vettaiyadu Vilaiyadu", Jayaraj comes out with a good album. So far, this music director has not disappointed his fans.

4."Thamiraparani" - Music Director: Yuvan Shankar Raja: With this album Yuvan is back but not with a bang. He is becoming repetitive.

5."Deepavali" - Music Director: Yuvan Shankar Raja. With "Deepavali", Yuvan will satisfy his disappointed fans. Vijay Jesudas' "Kaadhal vaithu" is the pick of the album.
