Vikram planning new movie 'Bheema' for summer 2006.

With "Anniyan" still running and "Maja" ready for Deepavali release, Vikram is getting ready for his next project, which is named "Bheema".

Vikram will play a spooky City youth in the new action-packed movie, but not without romance and humour. It will be produced by Sri Surya Movies of A.M. Ratnam and directed by Lingusamy.

Vikram's earlier venture with Ratnam was "Dhool" while Lingusamy had directed "RUN" produced by Ratnam. If the "Bheema" project is through, the action-hero has put on hold his planned Tamil re-make of Malayalam's offbeat bockbuster "Chandupottu".

Vidyasagar will score music for "Bheema", while Sujatha will provide the script. The makers of the movie are yet to finalise the rest of the cast, but the grapevine has it that either Bollywood glamour girl Katrina Kaif or Sameera Reddy may sizzle with Vikram.
