'Yavum Vasappadum' made in London

A film titled ‘Yavum Vasappadum’ featuring new faces has been shot in London. Pudiyavan Rasaiah has directed the film and also written the story, screenplay, dialogues and songs.


According to Rasaiah, the shooting lasted 63 days in different locations in London. No other Tamil film has been shot in these locations.


Situations in the film are reflections of crimes like abduction of school-going children, sexual assaults and kidnappings for ransom that are committed not only in India but all over the world. Since the incidence of such crimes in London has been on the rise, the film has been made there, Rasaiah says.


New faces Vijith and Dilpika are the hero and heroine. Nanda is the cinematographer while R.K. Sundar is the music director. Sripathbabi and Emanuel are the joint producers. Click the Movie button below for more info:
