‘Vadakkupatti Ramasamy' release announced

The release date of Santhanam-starrer ‘Vadakkupatti Ramasamy’ has been announced. The film, directed by Karthik Yogi of ‘Dikkiloona’ fame, is set to hit theatres on February 2.

The film’s first-look poster, released on Sunday, features Santhanam with long hair, a trident in hand, and notes of money flying around him. This comedy drama is produced by People Media Factory. The film deals with a real-life incident that happened in a village in the 1960s-70s.

The movie also stars ‘Jai Bhim’ fame Tamizh, Megha Akash, John Vijay, MS Bhaskar, Rajendran, Seshu, Ravi Mariya, and Nizhalgal Ravi, among others. It has Sean Roldan composing the music and Deepak taking care of cinematography. Shiva Nandeeswaran handles editing.
