ORCK actor turns hero in China Babu

Sri Chandji, an assistant of Lawrence, is set to debut with a film titled China Babu. Starring Manoj of ORCK fame, the film has Sanchita Padukone as the heroine.

"When I watched Manoj in Chatrapathi, I predicted that he will become bigger. He proved his talent in ORCK. The movie is a family entertainer, and will be launched in the last week of this month. It will be shot in three schedules," he said.

"I am happy that I have signed Bulli Pettalo Boochadu and China Babu back to back," the hero said. For Sanchita, the film is her first outing in Telugu. The film is produced by Chandrasekhar.

It was launched today at Annapurna Studios in the presence of Lawrence.
