Hyderabad, Aug 7 (IANS) Nagarjuna's trendy caper "Super" has opened to a terrific response across Andhra Pradesh and shot to the top slot although it is uncertain whether it will sustain the momentum. Here are the week's top five Telugu films:

1. "Super": Fast-track races and foot-tapping tunes make the film directed by the youthful and youth-oriented Puri a great watch.

2. "Aparachitudu": Vikram holds sway with his elegant performance as a dreaded killer and a self-pitying lawyer to join the star brigade in Telugu films. Director Shankar relies heavily and successfully on fantasy.

3. "Anukokunda Oka Roju": Actress Charmi's brilliant performance and the film's unique concept keep the audiences coming. The "Aithe" team recreates magic, also give a boost to talented director Chandrasekar Yeleti.

4. "A Film by Arvind": Despite releasing only in select places, the film is doing good business. Director Sekar Suri finally scores a moderate hit with a suspense thriller.

5. "Bhadra": Ravi Teja's comeback film is doing good business in B and C centres. The action-packed love story holds its own despite similarities with "Okadu".
