Nivin Pauly's days

May 27, 2015 NR

Seems these are Nivin Pauly’s days in the Malayalam industry. Nivin Pauly’s two films – ‘Premam’ made by Alphonse Putharen and ‘Ivide’ directed by Shyamaprasad reach theaters this weekend.

Nivin Pauly is having a dream run in the box office right from the early days. From a no-nonsense tough guy in ‘Malarvadi Arts Club, he easily became a boy next door romantic hero in ‘Thattathin Marayathu’ and then to an innocent village youth getting confused with the urban life in 'Bangalore Days'.

He had no hesitation in playing the father of a 10 year old in Abrid Shine’s ‘1983’ and to play the male lead in the female-centric movies ‘Om Santhi Osana’ and ‘Mili’.

His last released movie ‘Oru Vadakken Selfie’ too is also turning out to be a huge box office success. His upcoming movie ‘Premam’ is a romantic flick and Shyamaprasad’s first commercial film ‘Ivide’ is a crime thriller in which Nivin Pauly does Krish Hebbar, CEO of an IT company. He shares screen space with Prithviraj and Bhavana in the movie.

According to Nivin, he has tried to bring variety to his characters and is happy about his romantic hero image.

Currently Nivin is shooting for Abrid Shine’s ‘Action Hero Biju’ in which he is an action hero. He turns producer with this movie. Nivin has also signed a Tamil project which will go on floors soon.
