Prithviraj and Nivin Pauly steal the show in 2015

Dec 17, 2015 NR

As the year comes to a close, it is undoubtedly clear that young stars Prithviraj and Nivin Pauly steal the show in 2015. Though super stars Mammootty and Mohanlal could maintain their positions, Prithviraj and Nivin Pauly have surpassed them by winning the hearts of the film-goers.

Prithviraj started the year 2015 on good note with his excellent performance as Hawaldar Harindran in Major Ravi’s ‘Picket 43’. Both Prithviraj and Nivin had done a great job and impressed the viewers in Shyamaprasad’s ‘Ivide’. The multi-starrer ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ sees a rollicking performance from Prithviraj.

The period romantic drama ‘Ennu Ninte Moideen’ is a classic example of how a real life story can be adapted on reel life without compromising its aesthetics. Prithviraj’s sublime performance as Moideen gives the movie a long run in the box office.

Prithviraj continues his exceptional stunning performance in the heartwarming love story ‘Anarkali’, the debut directorial venture of Sachy, making the film a smashing hit.

Forging a grand opening with ‘Mili’, Nivin Pauly seems to extend his dominance in the box office through his movies ‘Oru Vadakken Selfie’, ‘Ivide’, and ‘Premam’.

‘Oru Vadakken Selfie’ has again set the cash registers ring significantly.

‘Alphonse Putharen’s ‘Premam’ was a runaway hit and the movie acquired a cult status for Nivin Pauly on and off the screen.

Both his upcoming movies ‘Action hero Biju’ directed by Abrid Shine and ‘Jacobinte Swargarajyam’ directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan will hopefully repeat the magic. Nivin Pauly is seen in a new avatar as a police officer in ‘Action Hero Biju’ which also marks Nivin as a producer.

The handsome actors have indeed proved their mettle through their versatile acting. They have made a mark in the industry with their different avatars onscreen and are the super performers of 2015.
