Radhika Apte confirmed for Balakrishna

Finally the suspense over the leading lady to be paired opposite Balakrishna in Boyapati Sreenu’s film is revealed and the makers have confirmed that Radhika Apte will play the heroine.

Already, Sonal Chauhan has been confirmed as one of the heroines and the makers were on the lookout for an actress who could carry a serious role. Earlier Charmee’s name too was heard but the producer of the film, Anil Sunkara has confirmed that Radhika Apte will be playing the other leading lady in the film.

Radhika Apte is known as a talented actress and her work in ‘Raktha Charithra’ and Prakash Raj’s ‘Dhoni’ were well appreciated by critics. This yet to be titled film will have Devi Sriprasad composing the music for Balakrishna for the first time. This film is likely to release for Sankranthi next year. Anil Sunkara is producing the film on 14 Reels Entertainment along with Vaarahi Chalana Chitram .
