Rajini begins shooting for Kabali in Malaysia

Rajinikanth who is being directed by Pa.Ranjith for Kabali recently left for Malaysia to shoot important scenes there. The actor was given a warm welcome by his fans and also by Malaysian government. Producer Thanu was at the airport to receive the superstar.


After exchanging pleasantries with the airport authorities and posing for cameramen, Rajini left for Malacca where a shooting schedule has been planned. It is reported that Rajini will be shooting along with others till November 2 in Malacca before shifting to a new location later. Ranjith will be filming in Malaysia for a month and later shift to Bangkok and Goa to film the remaining portions.


Earlier a high-octane action sequence with 200 junior artistes and stuntmen was shot in a studio in Chennai for Kabali. Rajini plays an ageing don in the film that has Radhika Apte as his wife and Dhansika as his daughter.
