'Rani Padmini' – a feel good travel movie: Aashiq Abu

Director Aashiq Abu is all set to start his next directorial venture. The movie titled ‘Rani Padmini’ will have Manju Warier and Rima Kallingal playing the lead roles.


Aashiq Abu said that his new film is a thriller and at the same time a feel good travel movie. ‘Rani Padmini’ is the story of two women who embark on a journey from Kochi to Himachal Pradesh via Delhi, with varied aims.


The film has no lead male actors. It plots the life and experiences of two women who are strangers. The script of the movie is penned by Shyam Pushkar.


‘Rani Padmini’ is Manju Warier’s third film after her comeback to the industry. Kochi, Delhi, and Himachal Pradesh are the main locations for this movie which will start its shoot from January next year. Click the Movie button below for more info:
