Sasikumar names his film as Kidari

Sasikumar’s latest release was Vasanthamani’s Vetrivel which is still finding patrons in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Now Sasikumar is busy with his next film that again is being helmed by a debutant director Prasad Murugesan. This film was untitled to begin with, but Sasikumar announced the title in his Twitter page yesterday.

He tweeted, “Wanna share the news of my next production, me as 'Kidaari' directed by Prasath Murugesan. 1st schedule already up”.

The film has music by Darbuka Siva, a former RJ turned independent musician who had also acted in Rajathandhiram. Kidari will have Nikhila as Sasikumar’s onscreen pair. She was also seen in his last film Vetrivel as his wife. Kathir is the cinematographer and the film is currently being shot in Virudhu Nagar, Kovilpatti and Sattur.
