Sasikumar sends Thank You Note!

Producer/director/actor Sasikumar had produced and acted in Thaarai Thappattai which was directed by Bala. His banner Company Productions had bankrolled this venture. Thaarai Thappattai was the 1000th film of maestro Ilayaraja who has been bestowed with the National Award for Best Background Score.

In his thank you note to the media, Sasikumar says, “When we were considering that Ilayaraja scoring for our film Tharai Thappattai was a great award in itself, here comes another one in the form of National Award for Best Background score for Raja sir for the film from my production.

I am glad that in the line of Pasanga and Thalaimuraigal, our film Tharai Thappattai had also earned laurels which have given us all lots of confidence and hope.
