Shraddha Kapoor in Saho

After the humongous hit of Baahubali 2, the brand value of hero Prabhas has increased manifold and his next film, a trilingual, Saaho in Tamil-Telugu-Hindi is in the news constantly. The lead heroine slot for this film was a much-discussed topic and Anushka was the top contender.

However, the unit has finally finalized the heroine for Prabhas, who is none other than Shraddha Kapoor from Bollywood who was recently seen in OK Jaanu, the Hindi remake of Mani Ratnam’s OK Kanmani. Producers (Vamsi and Pramod) of UV Creations confirmed the news saying, “Shraddha is absolutely the perfect choice for the role. We are very excited to have her on board with us.” They further added, “Saaho is Prabhas’s first film being shot in Hindi and so it’s very special for all of us. It is a highly ambitious project and there will be some really high-octane action scenes in the film.”

Saaho has begun shooting in the massive set erected in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Saaho’s music will be composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. Neil Nitin Mukesh will play the antagonist. Click the Movie button below for more info:
