SJ Suryah in Saroja 2

Director Venkat Prabhu is right now busy with his Chennai-28 sequel and looks like for his next, he has again decided to go in for one more sequel of his film Saroja. The film released in 2008 is a cult classic of sorts and featured an ensemble cast that included Shiva, singer-actor SPB Charan, Vaibhav and Premgi among others.

Interestingly, the director has brought on board SJ Suryah to play the lead in this film. It is said that although Venkat Prabhu and SJ Suryah have agreed to collaborate, they are yet to ink the deal.

Suryah is currently busy shooting for Mahesh Babu's project. Venkat Prabhu, too, is held up with the post production of Chennai 600028 sequel. As per sources Saroja 2 will be a complete entertainer and that Venkat Prabhu is yet to decide on whether he will retain the original cast or go with new actors for the sequel.
