Taapsee Pannu to romance Diljit Dosanjh in Shaad Ali's next

After playing Varun Dhawan’s love interest in the upcoming film ‘Judwaa 2’, Taapsee Pannu is now all set to romance Punjabi heartthrob – Diljit Dosanjh in Shaad Ali’s next venture.

Taapsee has been roped in for Shaad Ali’s forthcoming film, which apparently is based on the story of Sandeep Singh, the coveted hockey player of India and the ex-captain. It is reported that while Diljit will be seen portraying the hockey player, Taapsee will be seen as his love interest.

However, the film won’t be a biopic and would rather explore an important chapter of Sandeep’s life. A source revealed, “The film will be a love story of two hockey players and their relationship and will be directed by Shaad Ali. Taapsee and Diljit will be going through extensive training for their hockey playing skills by strict professionals before they commence shooting for the film in Punjab in October.”

Now we can’t wait to see this interesting onscreen pairing.
