Thala 56 to hit the screens for Diwali

Thala 56, the untitled film of Ajith which is being directed by Siruthai Siva has begun and the shooting is happening at a brisk pace in Chennai. The film features Shruti Haasan as Ajith’s lady love and Lakshmi Menon as his sister. Anirudh scores music for this film which is produced by A M Rathnam.

Speaking about the film, Rathnam says it would be Diwali 2015 release. “Thala 56 will be a Diwali treat for Ajith's fans. The team is putting every effort to release the movie on time and the shooting is taking place at a rapid pace”.

Thala 56 is said to be a commercial entertainer that will talk about brother-sister bonding too. It will have action, humor, sentiment, romance and every aspect that would make a worthwhile experience for the audience, the producer adds.
