'Utopiaile Rajavu' is an emotional drama directed by Kamal and scripted by P S Rafeeque.

Joy Mathew, Nandu, Sunil Sugatha, and Pashanam Shaji also do important roles. Ouseppachen composes music for the lyrics by Rafeeq Ahmed. Neil D' Cunha is the cinematographer.
