Vishal badly injured on the sets

Actor Vishal is currently shooting for his new film Poojai. The film directed by Hari has Shruthi Haasan as the heroine. It is reported that Vishal while doing a stunt got badly injured and suffered 22 stitches in his left hand. The actor had jumped off from an over bridge to a parked car as part of the shoot.

It is said that the actor completed the shooting with the injured hand. But now the doctors have advised him to take rest till the injury is healed.

Poojai’s music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja and it is Vishal’s home production. Vishal’s last film was Naan Sigappu Manithan under Thiru’s direction and he acted along with Lakshmi Menon in it.
