'I have not touched Avvai Shanmugi even 1% in Remo'

Remo starring Sivakarthikeyan, Keerthy Suresh and others is all set to release on the 7th of October. The film is directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan and has Anirudh scoring music, PC Sreeram handling the camera and WETA workshop doing the make up for Sivakarthikeyan.

Speaking about his film and hero Siva, Bakkiaraj Kannan says, “The hard work that Siva has put in is commendable. When he had to don the makeup of a woman, he used to come to spot at 3 AM and begin his makeup. The shot will be only at 8 and I will come at 7 AM. But Siva will be ready by then.

Remo will be a story based on love and Siva essaying the role of a woman is very integral to the storyline. He comes as a woman for 40 minutes in the first half and 25 minutes in the second half. When you say, a man doing the role of a woman, you would immediately recall Avvai Shanmugi. But I have not touched even 1 % of Avvai Shanmugi in Remo”. Click the Movie button below for more info:
