'Kuselan' revolves around the tale of a beautiful friendship between a popular actor and a poor barber. It features Rajinikanth and Pasupath in lead roles. Pasupathy plays a barber with very limited means. Rajinikanth appears as himself in the movie.
'Kuselan' is a remake of the Malayalam hit 'Kadha Parayumbol' by Sreenivasan. Director P.Vasu has modified the screenplay to fit the Superstar's image and it looks like another delight for Rajnikanth's fans.
